When it's an important occasion the correct approach is essential, a dinner or banquet, a wedding reception, a private or civic function, perhaps where Royalty is present, so many occasions nowadays demand the correct approach.That correct approach will include the introduction of your guests, or the announcements of speakers and events. It may require someone who is trained to conduct the formalities of the occasion with quiet authority, dignity and style, lifting this onus from the hands of the already busy host.

Ray:
Has many years experience as vocalist with a variety of bands. He has worked as a solo singer and comedian for the past six years, combining his cabaret work with his other skills as a Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies. During this time, Ray has worked at several prestigious venues including Russell Hotel, as well as a variety of other halls and venues all around the South East of England he based in Essex which allows him easy access to London and the surrounding county’s

Dinners and Banquets:
Banquets and Dinners are more memorable under the direction of a good Toastmaster, dressed for the occasion with white tie and red tail coat you will enjoy that extra air of style. As your Toastmaster I will introduce special guests, make announcements, organise raffles, auctions and other fund raising events, present the cabaret and perform the duties of a well versed Master of Ceremonies. You'll find me an ideal person for your special event. A man of presence who can turn a 'good' occasion into a GREAT occasion, smoothly organised and superbly presented.

Weddings:
Weddings Are Very Special Family Occasions, As Your Toastmaster I will :- Welcome you on arrival at the reception. Assist the photographer. Ensure your guests are welcomed and provided with a reception drink - Confirm presents are safely displayed Organise and conduct the 'receiving line' ( all guests individually introduced to the hostess ) Escort parents to table Formally announce the bride and bridegroom into the reception - Say Grace if required Organise and conduct the Cutting of the Cake ( sword supplied on request ) Formally announce speeches Produce flowers/presents at the right moment Speak of wedding customs if required - Retire bride and bridegroom from table
